The room wasn't ready for two people-only one blanket! When I asked for another, they walked in on me undressed. Total invasion of privacy, and the manager just shrugged it off. Disappointing.

We had a great stay at the cloud. our room was cozy and spotless, allowing for a perfect night’s sleep on the super comfy bed. we really appreciated the all-natural bathroom products, and the sky bar was a highlight with its amazing views and friendly staff. the breakfast buffet on the rooftop and evening bar added an excellent touch, and the location near the main station made it easy to explore the surroundings.

The hotel combines modern comfort with historical atmosphere, making it a good place to unwind. being only 20 km from Václav Havel Airport, it was convenient for my travel plans, allowing easy access to explore the beautiful city.
Although it was a small inconvenience, the staff suggested I wait at the rooftop bar, which felt unnecessary given that my check-in was just a few minutes away.

The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Florenc and a short 10-minute stroll from Prague Main, making my travel easy and convenient. The elegant design of the hotel and its stunning rooftop bar provided a perfect place to unwind after exploring the city.
I did find the room to be a bit small and warm, and the thermostat didn’t seem to help much with the temperature.

One simple answer, yes or no?
A brand new hotel with an unbeatable central location! Staff are friendly and breakfast on the rooftop is good, offering terrific views of the city!
Limited room sizes and some noise from outside made resting after a day of exploring challenging. I wished for more comfort in the bedding.

A rooftop terrace with a view
The rooftop terrace offered amazing views of Prague. The hotel's cleanliness and modern design impressed.
One drawback was the lack of adequate room ventilation in the bathroom, which could be uncomfortable after a long day exploring. Noise from nearby traffic slightly affected our stay.

The Standard King Room had cozy bedding and nice decor. Plenty of amenities like a tv and a tea/coffee maker. Lovin' the walk-in shower, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver. Good vibes, nice bar on the rooftop, and breakfast was solid but could use more options.

I had a fantastic stay for two nights; it was great value for money and the room was super comfortable. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the old town, and the staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful.
Breakfast offerings could benefit from better seating options.

The location stands out, just a short stroll to the central area and Old Town. The room itself is decent and cozy.
The building layout can get confusing. The cleaning staff tends to enter rooms at 10 a.m. if the 'Do Not Disturb' sign isn't displayed, which can catch you off guard. Some guests mentioned that their bedsheets weren't changed during a multi-night stay, despite requests.
